1. Platform Overview
Turnout ("the Platform") is an entertainment and educational prediction market platform operated by Turnout. The Platform allows users to make predictions about attendance and audience metrics for live events, concerts, sporting events, and digital content using virtual currency.
2. Virtual Currency — No Real Money
All trading on Turnout is conducted using virtual currency for entertainment and educational purposes only. Virtual balances have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real currency, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of consideration. Turnout is not a licensed financial exchange, sportsbook, brokerage, or gambling platform. No real money is wagered, won, or lost through the use of this Platform.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Turnout. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
4. Market Settlement
Markets are settled based on official data sources as specified in each market's settlement rules. Turnout makes reasonable efforts to ensure accurate and timely settlement but does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data sources. In the event of a data discrepancy, Turnout reserves the right to resolve markets based on the best available information, with full transparency provided to users.
5. Account Conduct
You agree not to manipulate markets, create multiple accounts, use automated trading bots without permission, or engage in any activity that undermines the integrity of the Platform. Turnout reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and functionality of the Turnout platform is the property of Turnout and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The name "Turnout," the tagline "Trade Attention," and associated branding are trademarks of Turnout.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Turnout does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy of any information displayed on the Platform. Past trading performance does not predict future results.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Turnout shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
9. Modifications
Turnout reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
